The Fort Knox Guardian Series is one of our most popular models because of the many quality features at a reasonable price. Like all Fort Knox Safes, the Guardian is UL listed and certified 1680º Fahrenheit for 90-minute fire protection.
The Guardian Safes are packed with many star features include the Quadrafold™ door frame, 10 gauge steel Uni-body construction, 1 ¾ inches Reinforced Fire Door™ (¾ inch steel plate, 2 layers of fireboard and 10 gauge reinforcement jacket). The Quadrafold™ means Fort Knox started with one piece of steel and they folded 4 times around the door frame. Every fold you do on steel will strengthen the steel further. The Guardian models have the same high standards and rigid quality control.
